Some links in jwuLink do not work due to recent updates made by Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and other web browsers. This affects viewing grades, accessing registration and financial information and GPS, among others. While we work on a solution to support the browser updates, please use Internet Explorer or Safari when using jwuLink. You can continue to view grades and course registration through the JWU Mobile app (JWU App)/p>
If, after using Internet Explorer or Safari, you continue to experience problems, please contact the JWU IT Service Desk.
EMAIL PHISHING ALERT: Direct Deposit Scam, Nov 13, 2014
An advisory was issued yesterday that a phishing email scam is targeting faculty and staff at universities. This scam contains malicious links to a fake website in an attempt to gain access to employees’ direct deposit information and reroute checks.
EMAIL PHISHING ALERT: Donation Scam, Nov 12, 2014
In the last week, 2 JWU employees have fallen prey to new “phishing” email scams. Phishing is normally an attempt to trick people into revealing sensitive information such as passwords, and credit card and bank account numbers, by impersonating a trustworthy organization.

Apple is Aware of WiFi Issue with New OS X Yosemite, Nov 13, 2014
Anyone using a Mac and planning to update its operating system (OS) should know that Apple’s new Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite (which became available in October) has generated WiFi connectivity problems for many people after they upgraded. This problem can occur with WiFi access anywhere.
