Finding and registering your game console's MAC address
If you own an Xbox or a Playstation 2 and would like to be able to place it on the network, you will need to register it with the Help Desk. One of the things you need to submit is the MAC address, which allows us to identify your console so we can grant it access.
Xbox Playstation
GameCube Wii
1. Turn on your Xbox console with no game disc in the disc tray.
2. From the Xbox Dashboard, choose Settings.
3. From the Settings screen, select Network Settings.
4. The MAC address is the 12-digit number at the bottom-right corner of the Network Settings screen.
5. Once you have the MAC address, you may call the helpdesk to register your Xbox. Once the console registration is complete, allow 48 hours then you should be able to successfully connect your game console to the network.
