Wildcat E-mail on your Mobile Device
Office 365 makes it easy to access email anywhere anytime. If your mobile phone or device supports Exchange ActiveSync you will be able to access and synchronize your e-mail, calendar, tasks, and contacts. The instructions below will assist you in setting up your mobile device to access your email account.
The following information is needed when setting up email on any mobile device.
(examples: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com)
(examples: firstname.lastname@example.org or J12345678@jwu.edu)
If your mobile device cannot auto detect your settings you will need to supply the server information listed below.
NOTE: You MUST go back into your settings on your phone and update your JWU password anytime it has been changed. Failure to do so could result in your account being locked from too many unsuccessful login attempts.
Apple iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch
Please review instructions for setting up your Android device here. Due to the number of android devices and operating system versions your screens may vary.
When using the Mobile Phone Setup Wizard select "Setup Microsoft Exchange E-Mail on an Android Phone" from the "What would you like to do?" box.

For all other mobile devices, please click here and select your device. If available, always select the Set up Microsoft Exchange E-Mail option
